What devices can read the Adam Tag?

 


Any NFC-enabled smartphone can read the Adam Tag — just tap it on the back of the phone (no app needed for most devices).

 


Do iPhones support NFC?

Yes!

 

iPhone 7 and above support NFC

iPhone XS and newer can read NFC tags directly from the home/lock screen

No extra app needed — just tap and go!

 


Do Android phones support NFC?

Most modern Android phones do!

 

Samsung Galaxy (S6 and up, Note series, Z Flip, Z Fold)

Google Pixel (all models)

OnePlus (6 and newer)

Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme – most mid- and high-end models

If unsure, go to Settings > Connections > NFC to check.


 

Which phones don’t support NFC?

 

Older iPhones (6 and below)

Budget Android phones (some low-end Redmi, Realme C series, etc.)

Basic feature phones

 

How can I check if my phone has NFC?

 

On Android:

Settings > Connections / Wireless > Look for “NFC”

If it’s there, you’re good to go!


On iPhone:

iPhone 7 and above already have NFC built in — no setup needed.
