1. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship only within India using one of our courier partners listed here.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹2000 qualify for free shipping.

• For orders below ₹2000, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

3. Processing Time

As most of our products are made to order, please allow 7–10 business days for processing and dispatch.

4. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Typically, it takes 3–7 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or courier service delays.

5. Express Shipping

We currently do not offer express shipping services.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please do not forget to input your email at checkout for the same.

7. International Shipping
